OPERATOR CAPITAL

Capital for businesses ready to build their next stage.

For businesses with a live offer, real demand and a clear opportunity to grow. I look at selected opportunities case by case, bringing capital alongside practical support on product, operations and AI.

This page describes potential business partnerships. It is not an offer of securities, investment advice or a promise of funding, returns or results. Any partnership is subject to due diligence and a separate written agreement.

THE FOUNDATIONS

I look for businesses with something real to build on.

01

Live offer

A product or service already in the market, with a clear reason for customers to choose it.

02

Real customer demand

Evidence of what people need, how they use the offer and where demand could develop.

03

Commercial discipline

A clear view of costs, responsibilities and constraints, with an owner willing to examine the numbers.

04

A clear next move

A specific opportunity where capital and operating support could help the business take its next step.

AN OPERATOR’S PERSPECTIVE

Capital works better with an operator behind it.

I bring experience across trading businesses, fintech, international operations and AI products. The focus is the connection between the opportunity, the decisions and the work needed to move it forward.

Capital with context

Consider capital in relation to the business, the work ahead and the risks. Any amount, structure and commitment are discussed case by case.

Commercial clarity

Connect the customer problem, offer and operating model. Identify what deserves attention before committing resources.

Product and AI leverage

Explore practical ways to strengthen the product and internal systems, using AI where it addresses a real need.

Hands-on execution

Keep priorities, ownership and review connected. Agree the work and responsibilities before moving from a plan into delivery.

THE APPROACH

From first conversation to a practical plan.

  1. 01

    Share the context

Explain the live offer, customer demand, operating position and the next move you want to make.

  2. 02

    Assess the fit

Review the fundamentals, constraints and risks. A conversation does not imply acceptance or a funding commitment.

  3. 03

    Define the opportunity

Examine where capital and practical support could help. Agree what needs further diligence and what useful progress would look like.

  4. 04

    Agree, build and review

Proceed only after due diligence and a separate written agreement. Work to agreed responsibilities and review the evidence as the business develops.

THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE APPROACH

Operating experience. A clearer starting point.

My work includes leading Prop Number One through launch, growth and operations before my January 2026 exit, managing Koinvest’s product work, and building Codexa Code in internal beta. These are different operating contexts, not evidence of returns from capital partnerships.

Project histories have their own dates, roles and qualifications. Past operating experience does not predict a future partnership’s performance or results.

Before we consider a partnership.

What stage of business is a fit?

I look at businesses with a live offer, real demand and a clear opportunity to grow. Fit is assessed case by case. An early idea may be better suited to a product collaboration through Build, rather than a capital partnership.

What does capital look like?

There is no standard amount or structure advertised here. Any potential capital contribution, ownership, responsibilities and terms depend on the business, due diligence and a separate written agreement. Preparing an enquiry does not reserve or secure funding.

Which sectors do you consider?

Trading, fintech, digital education, product, software and AI are areas connected to my operating experience. The fundamentals and the work required matter; a sector label alone does not establish fit.

How hands-on would the partnership be?

The intention is to combine capital with practical involvement in product, operations and AI where useful. Scope, decision-making authority and responsibilities would be agreed for the specific partnership, rather than assumed from this page.

Does an enquiry guarantee funding or results?

No. There is no guarantee of acceptance, funding, returns or business results. This form only prepares a local preview; it does not send or save details, start due diligence or create an agreement. This page is not an offer of securities or investment advice.

Have a business with a real next move?

Start with the offer, the evidence of demand and where capital could help. Looking for hands-on product or AI collaboration instead? Explore Build.

CAPITAL ENQUIRY

Show the business behind the opportunity.

Describe the live offer, customer demand, operating constraints and intended use of capital. Share enough context to explain the next move.

Local review only. Your details are not sent or saved. Preparing this preview does not submit an application, imply acceptance or commit anyone to funding.

Local preview only. Nothing is sent or saved.

What is live today, what demonstrates customer demand and what would capital be used for?
