Blue Chip Broker
Built to give Prop Number One a direct route to trading infrastructure.
I acquired the South African company in April 2025 and structured it as a CFD broker to provide MetaTrader 5 and trading-platform infrastructure to Prop Number One clients. I sold my interest and exited in January 2026. It was never launched as a standalone public retail brand.

Bring the infrastructure closer to the business.
I built the project around a specific operating need: give Prop Number One clients access to the trading-platform infrastructure behind the service. I acquired a South African CAT 1 licensed company as the starting point for a CFD-broker operation, with onboarding, internal risk and a bespoke CRM developed around that purpose. This describes a historical project, not an offer of current trading services.
The build.
- APRIL 2025
I acquire the South African company
I acquired a South African company with a CAT 1 licence in April 2025 as the basis for the CFD-broker project.
- BUILD PHASE
I connect the operation
I renamed the company, completed compliance onboarding, managed internal broker risk and directed the build of a CRM to support the operation.
- JANUARY 2026
I exit the project
I sold my interest and exited in January 2026. I no longer own or operate the broker.
The operating stack.
Trading-platform access
The planned platform offer included MT5, cTrader and MatchTrader. Intended commercial terms included a raw commission of $3.50 per lot and spreads from 0.9 pips. These were planned terms, not a current offer or guaranteed market conditions.
Managed-account tools
PAMM, MAMM and copy trading formed part of the planned offer. The broker was never launched as a standalone public retail brand.
Compliance onboarding
I completed compliance onboarding as part of the operational setup following acquisition of the South African company.
Internal risk operations
I managed internal broker risk within the project’s operating context.
A bespoke CRM
I directed the build of a CRM to support the broker operation and its trading-infrastructure purpose for Prop Number One.
Built for a live operating context.
The operation supported Prop Number One’s trading-infrastructure needs. Historical project figures recorded over 500 clients and more than $1 million in deposits. The broker was never launched as a standalone public retail brand.
