I’m Luca Cerullo, an Italian entrepreneur based in Dubai. I help people turn real customer problems into useful AI products and businesses with a clear direction.
My experience comes from building trading businesses, directing fintech development and leading international operations. Today, I put those lessons into software and practical work with founders.

The work behind the next move.
I started Onemln Company as an Instagram page in 2019. Turning it into an education business taught me how to connect an audience, an offer and the systems behind delivery. Fintech development expanded that work into software: translating business requirements into products and coordinating the people who build them.
As founder and CEO of Prop Number One, I led a company from launch to $4M in historical revenue before selling my shares in January 2026. Running an international business taught me to connect growth with operating discipline, clear ownership and sustainable decisions.
Those experiences now shape my approach to AI: start with a problem worth solving, define a practical roadmap and build something useful enough to test in the real world.

I run Niche to Scale as a one-person agency, connecting niche selection, digital products, marketing plans and sales funnels through proprietary software. My focus is helping professionals and small business owners turn expertise into a product beyond hourly services.
